Shipping Policy

ORDERS & SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered may or may not happen at the same time. The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

We dispatch most orders within 3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

CANCELLATION

Your order cannot be cancelled once placed. If you need to convey a change in address or contact info after you've placed the order, please write to us at support@furleys.in. We can accommodate these changes within 12 hours of you placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, these changes unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

RETURN & REFUND

At Furleys India Pvt Ltd, we have formulated each product with utmost care, to deliver the best possible results for your pets. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. However, in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:

  •  You received the wrong shipment
  •  You received a damaged product
  •  You received an expired product


In any of the above cases, an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent to support@furleys.in within 24 hours of receiving the order, in order for us to accept the request.

Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorstep. Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same.

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used/opened/tried and/or the serial number has been tampered with. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 48 hours.



THIRD PARTY PURCHASES

We do not take responsibility for the authenticity, quality, and packaging issues of our products if they are purchased from third party websites, pharmacies, shops, or a third person.
